Ingredients

Tikka Marinade:

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl add all your marinade ingredients. Mix well until you have an even marinade.
  • Peel your potatoes and cut into large chunks.
  • Place a layer of silver foil over your slow cooker and load your potato chunks into them. Season them well with salt and pepper.
  • Add a heaped dessert spoon of marinade over the potatoes and then seal up your silver foil packet.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 hours.
  • Serve with extra Greek Yoghurt and an extra sprinkling of Garam Masala.

Notes

For chopping your potatoes imagine the size of roast potatoes. I love my Bombay potatoes cooking in one slow cooker while my Slimming World Chicken Tikka Masala is in the other. YES I really do have 2 slow cookers! If you like more heat in your Bombay potatoes, then double the chilli from a pinch to ¾ tsp.
