Skin On Air Fryer French Fries

Easy Skin On Air Fryer French Fries. Very little olive oil, taste as good as the takeaway and are the healthiest French Fries you will ever try!

  • Scrub your potatoes.
  • Remove any eyes and then slide them into French Fries.
  • Place the sliced potatoes into a bowl, add all of your seasoning, the olive oil, mix well with your hands and then place them in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
  • Shake half way through and serve with mayonnaise or ketchup once cooked.

Notes

You can use 2 large white potatoes or several small ones. We used about 10 small potatoes that needed using up and were way too small for jacket potatoes. Triple the thickness of them and cook for 20 minutes instead and you have potato wedges.
Because of the olive oil and the skin being on, you don’t need to pre-soak the air fryer French fries.
