SOUP MAKER LEEK AND POTATO SOUP

INGREDIENTS

White Potatoes Leeks Garlic Puree Vegetable Stock Greek Yoghurt Dried ChivesSalt & Pepper Air Fryer Garlic Potatoes

Step 1

Clean and dice the leeks. Peel and dice the potatoes. Load the potatoes, leeks, garlic, seasoning and veggie stock into the soup maker.

Step 2

Place the lid on the soup maker and cook on the smooth setting for 25 minutes.

Step 3

Whilst the soup maker is working its magic prep and cook some air fryer potatoes.

Step 4

Add in extra seasoning if needed, Greek yoghurt and do a quick pulse for a final mix.

Then serve with some air fryer garlic potatoes.
