Leeks Potatoes Greek Yoghurt Oregano Thyme Parsley Salt & Pepper Vegetable Stock Butter

Step 1

Slice and clean your leeks in a colander.

Peel and dice your potatoes.

Step 3

Load leeks and potatoes into the slow cooker, along with seasonings and vegetable stock and mix well. Slow cook for four hours on high or 7 hours on low.

Add Greek yoghurt and any extra seasonings and blend well with a hand blender.

Serve warm with bread.
