Step 1

Let’s air fry stuffing balls. Pour the Paxo stuffing mix into a large mixing bowl and then add 420ml of boiling water to the jug which is 1.75 cups. Then add in a heaped tablespoon of butter or margarine.

Stir the stuffing well in the jug.

Then place a large plate under the jug and then transfer the plate and jug into the fridge for an hour to cool so that you can touch it.

When the stuffing is cool enough to touch make into 12 equal sized sage and onion stuffing balls and spread out in the air fryer basket.

Step 5

Then air fry stuffing for 12 minutes at 180c/360f or until crispy and cooked through.
