Step 1

Peel, clean and dice any veggies that need it.

Load everything into the instant pot apart from the turkey mince and mix well.

Add the turkey mince on top in chunks so that the top of the instant pot is well coated.

Step 4

Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 6 minutes on manual/pressure cook followed by a 2 minute natural pressure release.

Release pressure, remove the lid and stir the turkey into the chilli and then serve.
