Mushrooms Garlic Bulb Fresh Rosemary Extra Virgin Olive Oil Garlic Powder Salt & Pepper Butter

Step 1

Place your mushrooms on a clean chopping board and slice lengthways into thirds. Season your mushrooms with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Then peel your garlic bulb to make lots of garlic cloves.

Load into the air fryer basket your garlic, mushrooms, and fresh rosemary. Spray with extra virgin olive oil and then air fry for 6 minutes at 180c/360f.

Step 3

Spray again with extra virgin olive oil and cook for a further 3 minutes at 200c/400f.

Step 4

Melt some butter with the microwave or wait until the air fryer is done and use the air fryer. Then toss the mushrooms in the butter before serving.
