Frozen Parsnips Honey Grainy Mustard Balsamic Vinegar

Step 1

Remove frozen parsnips (or carrots) from a freezer bag and place in the air fryer making sure they are spread out.

Air fry for 18 minutes at 180c/360f, shake and then do a fork test to see if they are fork tender. Once they are increase the temperature to 200c/400f for a final 4 minutes to help make them crispy like roasted parsnips.

Step 3

In a bowl add honey, mustard and balsamic vinegar and mix with a fork. Toss the parsnips once cooked in the bowl before transferring to a serving dish.
