I don’t know about you but I love the delicious secret sauce that goes into a Big Mac. In fact I like it so much that I often go to McDonalds and purposely order the Big Mac so that I can sample the sauce.
This is also probably the same reason that I switch between having the Big Mac & the McChicken and have had very few other burgers from there since I started going when I was about 12. You know that age when your parents are no longer with you all the time so that you can have a McDonalds whenever you please.
But away from McDonalds their Big Mac secret sauce is amazing and is everything that a burger sauce should be. It tastes amazing, it goes with your burger like salt goes with pepper and you could also use it on a lot of other things because it is so versatile.
I grew up on Thousand Island as it was the sauce of choice after mayonnaise and ketchup and worked so well with seafood and snacking too. And as I dip my carrot or celery sticks into some pink sauce I am always thinking to myself that this would be so much nicer with the Big Mac sauce.
So I researched and I researched some more to bring you my ultimate Big Mac secret sauce. A healthier option that you can keep in your fridge and have whenever you please.

- 2Tbsp Coconut Milk
- 2Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
- 1Tsp Ketchup
- 1Tsp Dried Onion & Garlic
- 1Tsp White Wine Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper
- Place all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
