Asobu Yo2Go Yoghurt Pot On The Beach

""yo2go portable yoghurt pot"

Welcome to our review for the Asobu Yo2Go yoghurt pot on the beach.

As soon as I received my Yo2go yoghurt pot in the post my first thought was that this product is just perfect for the beach. Maybe this is the internet marketer in me that is always thinking about the seasons and what product is the best fit for the time of year, or may be it is just the mother in me that is always thinking about the practicalities.

Well either way, when this product arrived, I was planning my first summer day on the beach. This would be a day when I could use it to serve up some lovely yoghurt for my toddler so that she could enjoy a snack while we were relaxing in the sunshine.

We also liked the idea of something refreshing when the heat is getting a little too hot to handle. In the summer months here in Portugal the temperature can range from 30-45c and you can often feel tried and drained because of the shock that it has on your body.

As I write this review we have just got back from a day on the beach and it is early June, so the temperature is no where near as hot as it will be getting at around 28c. But it’s always the same for us British expats living in a hot country. It just hits us all of a sudden and we are on a mad race to cool down.

So this is our story of our day on the beach with our yoghurt pots and the other products that are part of the Asobu range.

As we are sat here on the beach chilling out at the start of the summer season our daughter can’t wait to get her hands on the yoghurt pot. Though this time it is filled up with our chocolate mousse because we have loads of leftover Greek yoghurt so that could be the reason.

It is also 30c today and the first really hot day of the summer season so if the container can stop the chocolate mousse from getting warm then we will be happy. So Sofia eats about half of it and we then go out for lunch and then come home. So it has been exposed to the sun from 11am until 4pm and it has not got hot. It is not as cold as a water flask but it is not warm either, so considering how we have had it out and how a bottle of water kept cold by ice packs would be warm by now, then I could say that I am rather impressed.
